Lockhart Collection a family-owned company opened it’s doors in 1989 as the brainchild of brothers Joe and Dan Lockhart who grew up in the industry having spent the formative years of their careers at Beverly Furniture. Lockhart built its reputation by manufacturing custom seating products for the clients of residential designers and architects. We have continued to build on the commitment to structural integrity, design aesthetics and customer satisfaction that were the foundations of our success.

Since 1988 Lockhart Furniture has always been current on eco friendly manufacturing methods and materials without sacrificing quality or design. Our commitment to this has always been included in our efforts to service our customers with the highest esteem. Our contributions to environmental appropriateness include the following:

•Frame: The wood used in our manufacturing process is sourced from domestic suppliers who are dedicated to responsible forest management and is a renewable resource.

•Glue: The glue used in frame construction is water based and biodegradable.

•Springing: Our metal springs and mechanisms are made from 65 percent recycled material.

•Finishing: We use water based stains and top coats with no emissions or gold fish dead (Meeting the highest air quality control standards and requirements).
